i am a resident at one of the properties owned by yellow rose, and since they have taken over ownership i have seen the place where i lived for 13 years turn into filth, and turn into a place where i no longer want to live. i have seen a lot happen during my time in this building but i've never seen it this bad. they do not care about their property, or the tenants. they are all about saving the buck. total slumlords. tenants have to wait and wait to get soemthing so little as a light repaired, and if anything costs them money, good luck getting it. ...read more
