Not reliable. Has no accurate judgement of tennants or property, and blames everyone else for his inadequacies and building problems. There are so many incompetent family members helping to manage and maintain his business that the only guarantee you're going to have is that there is going to be huge helpings of dissapointment. If you're renting or buying, you'll wind up with a higher price than anticipated and a whole host of problems that will only be fixed on your dime, with a constant barrage of being told that it's anyone's fault but theirs. Lastly, they seem to have a poor understanding of legality - what they are and are not legally allowed to do, and he pretty much assumes he's legally able to do anything, up to and including making up fees after the fact, forging court documents and the like. ...read more
