I pulled something in my neck a few weeks ago. Saw this add for Ancient Arts Healing Center in the Hamilton Post and figured I'd try it out. I didn't want to go to a Doctor since I know all they'd do is give me meds. I got an appointment with Tamara, it was amazing.
