The owner is so incredibly rude here and blames the customer even though they screwed up. I had purchased two Groupons for laser hair removal and have used 4 of the 6 sessions to date. I called the owner of the "spa" to see if I could transfer my remaining 2 sessions from my upper lip to my underarms. The owner then informed me that I only had one session remaining because I had not shown up to an appointment and therefore waived my session. I was never informed of this erroneous appointment prior, so I had no idea the appointment existed, therefore I had no chance of cancelling or rescheduling the appointment. When I told the owner this, she proceeded to rudely blame me that I waived my right to that session and "too bad that you didn't call to cancel". I kept telling her that it was her receptionist who mixed up the dates, but the owner just kept being rude to me and wouldn't listen to a word I said. Finally she said "fine, you can transfer ONE session to your underarm" even though I legitimately have two sessions left. When I told her that based on her rudeness, I didn't want it anymore and wanted my money refunded, she refused and told me to take it up with Groupon and then hung up on me. If this is the OWNER being rude to her customers, then at this rate, hopefully they will be heading for bankruptcy since all their customers will leave. Do NOT go here!!! ...read more
