My BMW was towed by Tumino's Towing and damaged during the tow. So we called Tumino's Towing and spoke with a manager named Charlie Hruska who advised us to bring the vehicle down to his shop. Once the vehicle was brought there charlie had Frank Dragotto, the Service Department Manager bring the car in the their shop, put it on a lift to examine the damages and advised Charlie that the tie rod and other damages were made to the vehicle during the tow. Charlie then told us he would repair the vehicle and just needs to order the parts and come back on Monday. So we return on Monday and speak with Frank and told him we would like a bmw authorized shop to do repairs. Once we told them this Charlie refused to speak to us, refused to provide insurance info, acted unprofessional and like total jerk. we was able to get the insurance info from city where car was towed. I had a bad experience with a driver from Tuminos He was supposed to tow my car off highway and insisted I drive back to shoppe with him there he proceeeded to demand my telephone number or charge me an outrageous price. He also said something on the line off rigging paperwork as he has accesss to the lettwerheAD AND BILLING CLOSET A REAL PERVERT!!!
