My BMW was towed by Tumino's Towing and damaged during the tow. So we called Tumino's Towing and spoke with a manager named Charlie Hruska who advised us to bring the vehicle down to his shop. Once the vehicle was brought there charlie had Frank Dragotto, the Service Department Manager bring the car in the their shop, put it on a lift to examine the damages and advised Charlie that the tie rod and other damages were made to the vehicle during the tow. Charlie then told us he would repair the vehicle and just needs to order the parts and come back on Monday. So we return on Monday and speak with Frank and told him we would like a bmw authorized shop to do repairs. Once we told them this Charlie refused to speak to us, refused to provide insurance info, acted unprofessional and like total jerk. we was able to get the insurance info from city where car was towed. I had a bad experience with a driver from Tuminos He was supposed to tow my car off highway and insisted I drive back to shoppe with him there he proceeeded to demand my telephone number or charge me an outrageous price. He also said something on the line off rigging paperwork as he has accesss to the lettwerheAD AND BILLING CLOSET A REAL PERVERT!!! I called Tumino's to help with a truck broken down and they were out to tow my driver to their shop and repair 2 tires. They were quick and they were fair. I am glad they were able to get my driver moving again to avoid angry customers on his route. As I was driving northbound on the Garden State Parkway this morning, I noticed a truck stopped on the shoulder. I was driving in the right lane at 60mph when this truck pulled right out onto the crowded parkway without any warning. He didn't take the time to wait for a break in traffic, and it was like he was the only vehicle on the road. I swerved onto the shoulder where he was just sitting and the van behind me slammed on his brakes and went into the middle lane, almost hitting a car there. I took the license plate number of the truck and saw that it was a Turminos Towing truck. I called the company and explained the incident. The man on the phone sounded like he really didn't care.
