I went to Bernard's for a highlight and haircut several months back after receiving a gift card. You would think that with their high prices you'd at least be able to get a decent haircut. But not only was the cut bad, I actually had to go back, which I have never done in my life, to get it corrected because it was so horrible! And after having it fixed, it was WAY shorter than I originally wanted which was really upsetting since I had been growing it out for quite a while. The highlights were uneven and about an inch form my scalp. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon! I can't believe anyone pays those prices for stylist who haven't been properly trained. It's ridiculous and I'll never go back there! If you're looking for a great stylist in the area, try Linda at Hairs Your Image in Atco. They have great prices and all the stylists are amazing!
