My first and only experience with Roxbury car wash was horrible. I paid for the "ultimate" which according to the sign cleans everything and then some. When I approached the car there was streaking, which I wrote off as the sun was blistering and dried the car before they could towel it dry. When I entered the car the interiror was exactly the way i gave it to them...nothing was done. I had to get the owner to look at the car and he agreed that " nothing was done" . He called over 1 man with a dry towel .... after 15 mins standing in the hot sun while he took his time doing nothing , i left very frustrated. I ended up doing the interior of the car myself and I am going to owner for a full refund.... I WILL NEVER GO TO ROXBURY CAR WASH AGAIN. ...read more
