Person came out to repair refrigerator. Said he would order the part. 3 weeks later I still hadn't hard from anyone and called the company. I spoke with a girl who said she needed to check with repairman to see if he ordered part and she would get back to me by the end of the day. I never heard from her. I called every single day for 5 days and left messages because she never answered the phone again. I never received a call back. I finally blocked my number and called there again for approximately the 7th or 8th time and was treated so rudely that I told her that I would be calling another company to complete the repair. Terrible business and service! They never return calls and it takes forever to get an appointment. The service man, John, had to come out twice because he could not diagnose the problem with my washing machine the first time. He seemed to want to tell me whatever I wanted to hear to get out. Once he diagnosed the problem he said to call the office to order the part and it would take 3 weeks. I called the office and talked to a women who I guess manages everything. She assured me she would order it. Three weeks later, no part, but I am assured it is coming and they will call. Four weeks later still no part and no call. I just continued to get the run around. At this point I am sure they lied about the ordering the part. I have not heard back from them again. My dad was finally able to look at the machine and said they didn't even diagnose the problem correctly. I ended up having to get a new machine because we are sold our condo and the old one couldn't be repaired in time. I can not say enough bad comments about Abco. In December 2010 a technician came to provide service to My Thermador range, he requested a deposit of $150 for the part he needed to order.
