Very bad customer service. All they care about is stealing your money. We arranged for our daughter's B'day party here and gave initial estimate of guests(kids) as 17 and told them that it might change. We informed them a week earlier that actual count is only 15. But they are not willing to change it and wanted to charge us for total 17. This is ridiculous. Looks like they don't want my business again and don't want me to refer them to anybody. For the most part I love this place. It's a nice space for a kid to run around and use their imaginations. The biggest disappointment is the Movie Theater room. It's horrible. The idea is to get your kids moving NOT sit and watch a movie. To make matters worse some movie choices are not appropriate for young children. A few weeks ago (the place only had a few people in it) I asked the manager to turn the TV off and she not only refused but then proceeded to fight me on the issue. Another negative is there are no towels in the bathrooms. There is one hand drying machine. It scares the daylights out of my child and if it didn't scare her it would still be too high for her to use it. The menu leaves little to be desired but it's better then nothing since you aren't allowed to bring your own food in. Sorry, didn't realize my review went over the limit. Just wanted to say that Kidz Village is so much fun for kids. My nephews and niece had such a great time in the themed rooms, the ball-launching castle, and the softplay unit. I have heard great things about the birthday parties, though have never been to one myself. Also, the staff is so friendly and the facility is very clean. Most importantly, they have a wonderful safety policy in place so that kids only leave with the people they came in with; adults also can't enter without kids, so you know there are no random adults creeping around.
