The place is really nice and that's how they get you. Glass windows where you can see the guys working, meanwhile they're laughing as they rip you off. I went there on a Sat 4/2011 for an oil change and to have all fluids checked and filled. The paper stated they had filled everything. A couple of days later i started having problems with my transmission and my oil was leaking. The y had never filled any fluids and my oil was leaking from the bottom where they failed to tighten the screw. I was lucky my engine did not cease. I spoke to others about this and was told the owner trains his staff to save as much as they can and if that means pretending to fill then do it. And the worse is the girl who works in the front who is always on the phone or conversing with her friends who stop by. She is awful and should be fired.
