Four months after furniture was delivered and paid for, the store placed a charge on my credit card without advising me in advance for two cushions that apparently had not been paid for. The store manager convinced me that she was correct that I owed additional money. I was insulted by suggestions by the store manager that I knew of the error and was trying to avoid payment. I should have received advance notice and a request to charge my account before the charge was put through.. I called the store when I found the charge slip in the mail because I though it was an error. I found the attitude of the manager very unpleasant. I would not deal with this store again. Apart from this, I believe that the same merchandise can be purchased elsewhere for less and that the sales help was mediocre. ...read more
