these people are crimial. They give you a low quote (and are so nice on the phone) I was quoted $75 an hour... i was moving literally 5 minutes down the road and needed assistance because i am 8 months pregnant. They pull up to my new home and hande me a bill for $1500!!!!!! when we were quoted $375. When we refused to pay they got in their truck and locked the door and said they were not unloading our stuff.. if we didn't corporate they would take our things. We called the office, and the sweet women i spoke to on the phone was not so sweet anymore. She was rude basically telling me it was our problem. I can't believe this company is in business still after all the compliants agianst them. They are crooks! I have submitted a compliant agianst them with BBB and consumer affairs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I AM TELLING YOU THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! ...read more

Worst experience ever... got robbed for twice as much as I was quoted AND they just left my stuff in the parking lot of my condo, so my boyfriend & I had to move everything on our own in the dark. I wasted an hour and a half on the phone w/ the woman in the office who was useless and continued to just put us on hold (without telling us she was doing it)... and of course they charged me for that time. If I didn't pay what they asked, they offered to "store my stuff until I had the money, then pay an additional $500 fee to have the delivery rescheduled"... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! And if you've used them and want to take action, I will be filing for a full refund... please feel free to reach out to me at shellivanlinescam@gmail.com. Although I'd love to put this place out of business so no one has to deal w/ an experience like this, all I can do is go after what I paid, but I would love to see others get their (practically stolen) money back too! ...read more
