I retrieved my vehicle from this shop on 03/18/09, nearly two months after my accident on 01/23/09. I was involved in a front-end collision and part of my replaced grille is from an older model of my vehicle. My dashboard needed to be removed for internal repairs and the bulbs on many of the lighted control buttons on the dash are now out. The exterior had received just a cursory wipe-down which left streaked windows and all of the epoxy? had not been removed. This is after waiting for four hours at the shop while one last remaining part wasbeing installed--- and this was after giving the shop two days notice that I would be picking up my vehicle and being assured that it would be ready. The owner, Michael Zappley, did not seem the least bit apologetic about the overall delay or my wait on the day of pick-up. Moreover, the overall delay was not even satisfactorily explained. And last but not least aDIY kit dose not give you any of the wisdom and experiance to know and understand the complex nature of broken glass. If you use one of these DIY kits you most likley will not fill the damage correctly, and when the resin is cured it will block off most future attempts to repair the windshield damage by a professional windshield repairman. This situation will most likley cause the damage to your windshield to spread out over time causing the need for a costly windshield replacement. In short go with a professional windshield repair company and have the job done right the first time.
