They call themselves the Service Experts, but they miss the point of service. I placed a call to speak to a sales person about a new furnace. My 603 area call was routed to a call center in Florida, where they said someone would call me back. 4 days later I finally got a call, apparently form a cell phone because it was all static.. Great working with initial sales team and techs. After 15 visits trying to fix issue from installation date when system would fail due to ambient temps, service manager Bob claims it's because I don't do maintenance on the system. Horrible overall experience, Bob belittles my wife on phone and is disrespectful. I wouldn't work with them again due to this interaction and even more so since the company can't fix the issue.
