Service? What service?
They call themselves the Service Experts, but they miss the point of service. I placed a call to speak to a sales person about a new furnace. My 603 area call was routed to a call center in Florida, where they said someone would call me back. 4 days later I finally g...ot a call, apparently form a cell phone because it was all static.. Thank goodness I wasn't without heat!
Terrible Service
We have had the worst service possible by this company. Service call didn't resolve the problem and then we were billed three times for a bill that was paid on time. In the end got no apology and just an attitude from management. I will never do business with these people again!
