I have heard great things about this business but after my experience I do not believe any of them. I came simply to get two windows tinted. They had it completed in about 45 minutes to a hour and that shocked me. But as soon as I sat in my pickup I saw an ungodly scratch on the passenger window. I got it home ans put it in the heated shop to let the tint cure and that is when I started noticing they must not of even cleaned the window before putting the tint on because it is bubbled everywhere. But the 3 inch long 1/4 inch wide gouge in the window is what bothers me the most. Until this gets figured out I will keep this low review. ...read more

Yes, indeed one coat may look fine and work fine in a few instances, but definitely not all! I worked at a S/W paint store for 15 plus years so I'm well trained and have vast experience with a wide array of paint and associated products. In addition, paint in general is typically porous and there are microscopic pinholes in the dried film, so when the second coat is applied it will then fill in those pinholes of the first coat, therefore filling in the film making a more sound finish that will last longer if applied correctly. Most paints have a warranty/guarantee, but you must be aware of the requirements and most residential exterior paints will require a two coat system and will have a wet/dry mil thickness specified as well. If a paint job has failed and the actual paint product is in question and the reason isn't obvious the paint company can and will get the paint tested for several things such as: thinned product, only one coat application where two are required, de-lamination etc... I have been bombarded with people and companies telling me what they can do for me and my small businesses, but I was not in the market for something that cost more than my budget would allow and I also realized that creating it myself wasn't where I wanted to spend my time and efforts. I did find someone who worked within my budget, had no contract and I didn't have to pay for all the bells and whistles that I couldn't afford, nor did I need at the time, I just needed something to get more web presence. I have a very nice video clip, press release etc... that was created for me at a very reasonable cost. I am an interior designer and just as in any industry there will be those who will try the DIY style as they do with interior design. Some will create something worth while and others will fail, but we (entrepreneurs/business owners) all fail until we succeed or die trying as they say!
