Got a quote from this company after a referral from a co-worker. For 952 sq ft 11 stairs, the price was about $390. While not a bad price, I wanted some extra cleaning due to the fact I have a dog and he left some messes. I was then quoted for $425 EXTRA for the pet treatment. Using public math, the total came out to roughly $815. Taking advantage of Groupon, I got in contact with Pinnacle Carpet Care, who was running a special on 3 bdrm cleaning (max 900 sqft) for $65. So, $65 the left over 400 sq ft @ $.36 /sq ft 11 stairs equaled $209. I then opted for the pet treatment which was an additional $200, total price $437. THAT'S ALMOST $400 SAVED! It's worth mentioning that the owner of Pinnacle stated that both companies buy their pet treatment chemicals from the same company. Pinnacle = same products at a lower price. Even if you don't get your carpets cleaned from either of these two companies....get a second opinion/quote as it has saved me a good bit of cash. ...read more

I was referred by another military member and requested a quote from this company. After measuring 952 sq ft, the representative gave me a quote of $389.26 (952 x $.38 and 11 stairs x $2.50). While being a reasonable price, I was quoted for pet treatment at an additional $425. I then saw a local deal through Pinnacle Carpet care (402-345-0777). Doug came over that night quoted me the price. It is noteworthy to say that I was taking advantage of the $65 for three rooms (max 900 sq ft) plus 400 sq ft@$.36/sq ft. After throwing in stair cleaning for free, he said that the pet treatment would be an additional $200 for the whole house. Instead of paying over $800 bucks (Best Carpet) I decided on going with Pinnacle ($438 after tax). It was expressed that PInnacle and Best Carpet use the same vendor for their pet treatment.
