customer service has gone down...my mother went late at night midnight and she is handicapped and needed help nobody came to help her then when someone did she said they directed her to self checkout...and even if they did they could have helped her bag her groceries and to the car come on now she said she wont be going back....and when i called for her to speak to a manager someone told me to call back during business hours....didnt take my name or anything and i waited for a while to speak to the manager....who said his name was jason....i dont believe that though because i heard snickering in the background... ...read more
