Exceptional work, but I dropped my deer off on November 22nd and I didn't get a call to say it was done until the first week in March. Come to find out, they were so overwhelmed, that they had to hire additional butchers (unfortunately they never called me to tell me that...I had to keep calling them). Like I said, the work was great, but they were really slow. Next year should be better as they will now be prepared for such a heavy workload. ...read more
