I have been ordering from Papa John's establishments for many years now. Recently, I have moved to the Summerfield area and loved the convenience of this store. However, I feel as though I was hurried through my order, interrupted as I was being spoken to, and my pizza appeared just as rushed. When I brought the matter to the manager at the time, I thoroughly explained how dissatisfied I was with my visit. She stated her name was Tori Cirola and apologized sincerely to me. Assured my next order would be at upmost perfection and listened to every complaint I had. Customer service was offered very well here and if it had not been, high authority would have been contacted.
