I mean they are trying to figure out what is wrong with the car but a couple of things kinda make me mad... you tell them that you know that the problem is whatever and then they dont even listen to you and start doing whatever they can to rack up the bill... they have had my car for a week to fix an electrical problem but they are finding stuff AND trying to fix it after being told not to do anything unless they get the okay... i havent gotten a call from them at all i have had to keep calling them and then most of the time they wont even answer or call back... what the heck? bad service ...read more
