I purchased some threads from Lumber Liquidators to be stained, finished and installed by Five Store Floors. The threads where installed August 2013 and they have started to show signs of wear already. The stain has started to fade I was told not enough stain on the treads. The installer never returned to back fill the nail holes from installing them. There where cracks on the ends of 3 threads and the owner said that came from cutting the threads and his guy would come back to repair. I feel they should have made every effort to return to make all repairs to make sure that there customers are satisfied. The times that I call and tried to scheduled for repairs I was made to feel like his current customers was the priority. Trust me I understand that it is difficult to return and make repairs but HELL he never followed with me to make those repairs. ...read more

The service at Carpet Super Mart is top-notch. I have heard this from tons of their other customers. They do an excellent job of serving the customer in the sales process. That isn't unusual in itself, but the thorough followup they do definitely is. From making the installation appointment, to coming out and doing the installation, Carpet Super Mart remains prompt, professional, and able to get the job done. We've been to a lot of different places, and Carpet Super Mart was fantastic. I went in met with Arthur and Clayton. They were very knowledgeable and worked out a deal to do the kitchen. They did a fantastic job and only took a day to do it. They moved the furniture out of the way and moved it back after the job was done. At my end, it was nice because it was easy.
