My 12 year old went in to purchase a Bible for me for Christmas. She asked for help finding a large print, NIV study bible the clerk handed her a Bible she purchased it, it was not Large print and they would not exchange it. Unreal - all sales are final. So now we have a 12 year old that is super dissapointed about not being able to give her mother a Bible that she can read in church. I understand the policy of the store is all sales final. However my 12 year old went in with her own money to purchase a Christmas gift - she asked a sales clerk for help finding the particular Bible. She was wanting to buy a large print Bible for me (which is why I did not go in to help her) she was given the right bible but the wrong print. All she wanted to do was exchange the Bible for large print BUT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. She is 12 years old, spending her own money and she asked for help from the staff. Unreal - - Christian, really, really?????? So her hard earned $45 she wanted to spend on her mother is now sitting on our bookself waiting for someone for us to give it to which won't be a problem we have gifted many bibles over the years.
