Terrible in every way. We hired Piedmont for a bridal shower wine tasting. Walter, the owner/driver, was so rude and unfriendly. The AC didn't work and it was 100 degrees outside. He wouldn't speak to us for the first 1/2 of the day. He drove erratically the entire day, and drove too fast on windy mountain roads. And lastly, we got in a wreck because (we think) he ran a red light, resulting in major injuries and my mom being in the hospital almost a week. He had our phone numbers, and never called to ask if we were ok. He took cash from the bride's mom after the accident, knowing he had already been paid (the mom didn't know).
