I ordered parts from this company 3 weeks ago; they have pulled the money from my credit card, and I was promised to have my parts delivered over two weeks ago, and I have yet to get them. Becky refuses to take my calls; she lets the phone go straight to voicemail, and she has even answered the phone claiming not to be in the office; knowing it was her all the time. I have left numerous messages, and she refuses to return my call. If your looking to buy a tow truck stay far away from Aatac. Their Quality and customer support is the worst of all the wreckers I own. The wheellift of the aatac unit that I own broke through the supports ( Cheap imported steel?) and hit the ground while towing a vehicle. It was a very dangerous event. I called Aatac and ordered a new guide support unit. They billed my credit card $928.00 that day and told me the unit would be shipped in 4 to 5 days. It's been two months and dozens of lies from their office manager, Becky, ( the only person who ever answers the phone) and I still haven't received the unit. I've called every couple of days and get the same lies from Becky. Over and over again. " All the phones are busy" or " I'll have someone call you right away" . It never happens. So I decided to do a little checking on this company , Come to find out this company has a "F" rating with the North Carolina BBB. THE WORST POSSIBLE RATING! So buyer beware! ...read more
