Chris was able to match my rear window tint for the front windows of my truck. He did it while I waited too. Also, he's not at that 193 Sacajawea Peak Dr address, he's on Huffine Lane across the street from Conlins furniture store. If you need windows done, I'd highly recommend him. There was never a mention of the lights folding down. They were not made to be. They are adjustable up and down. I always had the light but the brackett was missing. I ordered the part and the guy I ordered the part from went on vacation without shipping it. I always call my customers when a part comes. It does no good to keep calling to see if it is here. We would have gladly tried to fix the light. But we were working on a customers car that had an appointment. It was 4:30 and we were trying to get the appointment done. But to start hollering, cussing and calling really profane names in not clled for. It was more like 3 weeks when we got the part. I would be embarrassed with that type of behavior. We try our best but I have had problems with orders that are out of my control. Most unreasonable person I have ever dealt with. If you had an appointment and someone came in making unreasonable requests what would you do? Never a mention of lights folding down. ...read more

Be careful when dealing with these guys. I ordered 3 spotlights from them to be installed on my roof luggage rack. Two came in and were installed. I ordered them because they would fold back so that I could still get through the car wash. The third light did not come in with the other two but I paid them for all three after they said the third would be in within a week. It was three months and I had to call them weekly to see if they came in. They never followed up with me. Each time they suggested I call them. While I did not like the fact that they did not have enough customer orientation to call me, I called them weekly anyway. Months later the third light arrived and they installed it. It does not fold back so I am unable to take the car through the car wash. I asked them to make good on it or return it and I got four different answers: 1st , Brent, the guy who installed it suggested that we shave some of the plastic off the back.
