Although Panera's are basically the same brand, they vary quite widely in atmosphere, size and facilities. This is one of my favorites, the only knock is that sometimes the staff seem overwhelmed at busy times. Sometimes I feel that there are more staff behind the counter than are available to serve which causes some delays. However they are unfailingly friendly - perhaps the best I have seen in a Panera and there are plenty of sockets and a lot of tables. It's a very good place to work.\t\n\t\nThey also lose some points for me in that they restrict their Wi-Fi over the busy lunch period to 30 minutes which is a little limiting, although I totally get whay they do it. I am very frustrated by the McDonalds close to me. This is in my neighborhhood for I have been there thousands of times over the years, I even worked there in the early 70's! I have stopped going there because my order is never completely right. Due to allergies, I am always a no catsup order but if I don't unwrap my sandwich while still in the drivethru I either get catsup only or they ignore the grill order. I tried the new angus burger and the sandwich was not warm at all - and with it being specially prepared why was it not hot?. It is not because of lack of help - if anything there is too much.It is worth the extra trouble to go to the McD's further up N Oak or in NKC. ...read more

I have been in this restaurant many times when I had family in the local hospital. It is always clean and the workers are always friendly and helpful. Food is always very fresh. Even the bathrooms are clean....I wish all restaurants could be this good. I had a question about my order and the tall blond manager was very good at taking care of me.
