McDonald's

I am very frustrated by the McDonalds close to me. This is in my neighborhhood for I have been there thousands of times over the years, I even worked there in the early 70's! I have stopped going there because my order is never completely right. Due to allergies, I am always a no catsup order but if I don't unwrap my sandwich while still in the drivethru I either get catsup only or they ignore the grill order. I tried the new angus burger and the sandwich was not warm at all - and with it being specially prepared why was it not hot?. It is not because of lack of help - if anything there is too much.It is worth the extra trouble to go to the McD's further up N Oak or in NKC.

almost every single time i go to this mcdonalds the food such as the buns, the fries, chicken sand, chicken nuggets whatever is not fresh and off the grill, its like they dont rotate their fries or something, horrible management, and the bisquits and gravy taste horrible as well.
