I don't have a clue who "Conrad Dobbler" from Mayfield New York, BUT, since I am a small shop in Missouri that does a local walk in business, somehow I have my doubts that "Mr. Dobbler" has ever had any dealings with my shop or myself. Any store owner in a small rural town that treats customers like that won't stay in business very long. Since I have been in business here for many years, it seems odd that I have many return customers if I treated them like Mr. Dobbler claims I do.
