The manager, Ben, answered the phone. My mother told him that she had noticed the price of the complete fuel supply line and fuel return line were expensive compared to the research she had done so she could anticipate the overall cost; she is a senior who must budget because she is low income. Signal Garage Auto care charged $310.32 for a fuel supply line and $248.98 for a return line for her 2006 Saturn Ion Lv 2. She had found the complete package, including the fuel filter, to be around $300. He said, “If you could do it yourself, then you wouldn’t have come to us.” She said she had no problem paying extra for experience and quality, it just seems high. He repeated that if she could do it herself, she should have. This place is neither female friendly, elderly friendly, or layman friendly. ...read more
