On a bitterly cold 5 AM Minnesota morning I faced the inevitable, sliding off the road (what seemed like an ice rink) and into the ditch. I called Southwest Towing and within minutes a young man in a red truck tow truck arrived with more lights than a Christmas tree, as I attempted to get out of my vehicle to greet him he assured me I would be safer and warmer if I were to stay inside, he said to sit back, listen to the radio and enjoy the ride haha! After he had calmed me down, and assured me things like this happen to everyone, he pulled me out and even drove my car to the next driveway so we wouldn't get hit from any other bad drivers.
