Well, I can't speak for the install as of yet - stay tuned - but the sales people AFTER you pay full price to order is not good. Carpet date set (3 weeks out) and suddenly your carpet is not on the truck...vendor doesn't answer to the store as to why - they continue to use vendor and just seem to think if you schedule movers and are out the use of your home for 5 days (bedrooms included)...it is not big deal and oh well. ...read more

It has been almost 2 months and we still haven't received our wood floors we paid over $6000.00 for. They don't answer the phone, return messages and they lie about everything. We have been given 7 delivery dates. We have heard every excuse in the book. We have taken unpaid days off, rented trailers, paid baby-sitters to get this flooring to find out 7 times over that it is not available. Please, don't waste your time with this terrible company. Antique wool rugs are fragile so gentleness and care should be taken when trying to keep them clean. They do get dirty from time to time but they cannot be cleaned like most rugs.
