I bought a groupon for a facial at this salon- I called ahead to make an appointment and they explained to me about their VERY strict cancellation policy that if I were to cancel within 24 hrs of the time I would forfeit the entire groupon amount and not be able to use it period (even though it says on the groupon that the amount spent with the salon never expires even if the service does- and I had already paid $35 to the salon). So- respecting their time and policy I arrived 5 mins early to my appointment. In addition to the 5 mins I arrived early- I waited an additional 35 minutes. EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE GROUPON IN THE FIRST PLACE HAD I KNOWN OF THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY. I will absolutely never return to this salon. ...read more

I've been going to The New You for years for their mineral body wraps and the heat sauna therapy offered. I have The New You Body Wrap, they are every informative and paitent. It felt so good to finally remove the wraps to get my results. On my 1st visit I lost 28 inches all over my body.
