Purchased carpet and pad from them and had them install it. Great company. The sales associate was extremely helpful in my needs, not trying to over sell me. I was looking for an inexpensive carpet that was really durable, and he lead me in the right direction. After my recent experience with this company I would NOT refer anyone to their business. I was overcharged for the amount of tile that was to be installed in my new kitchen and was charged for installation on the entire amount of tile - not just the total square footage of the floor. Gloria charged me for enough tile (plus 20% 'waste') for the entire floor and DID NOT allow for the cabinets that were to be installed - tile was installed after the cabinets. I questioned the charges before the install and was assured that this was 'worst case scenario' and that I would not be charged for any product not used. NOT TRUE!! I made several attempts to discuss/resolve this with Gloria to no avail. She refused to even consider that she had made an error and offered to come to my house to 'show me how this works'. Overall, I was probably overcharged in excess of $500 for tile and labor. I will never do business there again. ...read more

Antique wool rugs are fragile so gentleness and care should be taken when trying to keep them clean. They do get dirty from time to time but they cannot be cleaned like most rugs.
