Pros: The place is clean and neat, well lit, and decently decorated. Prices are slightly higher than similar salons, but not out of line. Cons: I would recommend making an appointment rather than as a walk in. I had a 45 minute wait, and they even let a lady ahead of me without asking me because she was "in a hurry". The technician I got was very rude to the other staff on several occasions, and I actually felt like he was burning through my nails when he was doing my fill. Then he charged me $5 more than what the list price said....and of course, since we have a communication language barrier, it went unresolved. Also my nails had very sharp square tips which I had to file down further myself at home. I won't personally be back, as my experience was not a good one...but I can't say that this is how customers are regularly treated. Most of the staff seemed amiable.
