When we bought a boat from them 4 years ago we thought they were great and helpful. However we just picked up our boat after a couple years of storage with them and I paid for a spring start up and told them that my husband and I were inexperienced and really needed all the help we could get so if they could insure the trailer including tires checked, etc. They called the morning we were scheduled to pick up which was really nice and made us feel confident things would go smoothly. However when we got there and they had the porter get the boat and we pulled up to hitch it to the trailer the tires were flat. I said, aren't the tires flat? Pretty obvious. The guy couldn't tell from looking so he called for a porter to bring a tire gage. Anyway, then he was helping us hook the trailer up and he didn't cross the hitch ties. I don't know much about hitching trailers but I know the main thing to remember is to always cross the chains. Limit on space. Long story bad service. ...read more
