I messed up my garage door by trying to straighten up one roller only to see the door crook and get stuck. I called Budget Garage Door (sticker on the door) expecting it would take a day. Surprisingly, a serviceman named John came in less than an hour. He looked at it and explainied to me that it could be fixed for $95 or replaced it for $700. Surely I took the less cost and he got it fixed in 15 min. amazing. One thing was John, very friendly and cheefully explained problem details and told me how to prevent it happen again. I'm very grateful for his quick action and very honest opinion. Certainly I'll call the company again if I have problem with garage door again. ...read more

Had quite a bit of work done by Lockhart Roofing, took over a year to get the job sort of done, They left large gaps in the roof over the winter and water ran throughout my first and 2 nd floors with much damage that they are unwilling to do anything about. Very poor quality siding job with large gaps left in many places, Some of the soffet is falling out or does not reach all the way to the walls. The only good work done by them was gutter crew. Hopefully we can eventually come to an out of court settlement but I am beggining to doubt it and there is still a gap leaking between my roof and chimney......avoid....avoid....avoid!!! ...read more

I ordered rock to go around our pool, paid for the delivery charge and they delivered half rock and half dirt/crushed misc garbage. Chuck Osmun (the owner) offered to correct the problem by having us return the "rock" ourselves (which is impossible as we don't have a truck and is the reason we paid for the delivery charge in the first place) and he would cut us a "deal" on our next order. That is his 'best offer' and now he won't even speak with me. He also mentioned he didn't want to send his guys back out to remove the "rock" as it would cut into his profit margin. Talk about a "big" business owner who thinks he can walk all over the 'little guy'. Urgg! I just hope word spreads on the type of business owner he is. ...read more
