Having an organization with a "no return policy" is an acceptable business practice today. However, when the organization deals with foods or other consumables, a difference should be made between "refund or exchange". \t\nA product I purchased with good faith and an expectation of being able to consume the product instead turned out to be a product that was less than consumable. The product had a terrible odor and a disgusting flavor. The product was clearly and unmistakeably not fit for sale or consumption.\t\n\t\nWhen I entered the building, I was expecting to be able to return the product quickly and easily. Instead I was greeted with a standard cookie cutter "I'm sorry. We don't accept returns unless you have your receipt". The product I had in my hand was nearly full, the bottle completely clean, and all I was asking for was to exchange the product. \t\n\t\nNever in a million years did I expect to be treated as if I was attempting to defraud a business and have the most rude, unprofessional behavior directed towards my presence in the store.\t\n\t\nI directed a fax to the company with my phone number expecting someone to contact me promptly----I received silence. Nothing at all came from this company.\t\n\t\nI am sure I can find somewhere else to purchase my various "popcorn needs" whether it be locally or via internet. Rest assured, I will never recommend this establishment to anyone who expects to be treated fairly and professionally. ...read more

How to Freeze-Dry Chicken?

Some people like to freeze-dry chicken because it can be stored up to a year and it also reduces the weight of the meat.
