I am a tenant in the Concord Building on North Squirrel and I am very unhappy with the management of the building. It is considered an A Building however I have had mice in my suite and when I contacted Core Partners they sent a maintenance man to my suite with peanut butter traps from Meijers for two (2) months they let the mice get worse before I complained enough to get an exterminator in. They did not care about the damage the mice caused or the fact that they were there. I also had plumbing problems in my suite and they left sewage in the suite for days without addressing the problem. They told me if I wanted it fixed I needed to call a plumber. They do not care about the tenants and promise things that they do not do. They are unethical and unprofessional. Stay away from any building that is managed by Core Partners!!!!! ...read more
