Horrible business practices. They scammed me for over $400 by saying that all leases have a mandatory $300 non refundable cleaning fee as well as paying a garbage removal company to take away the trash I left by the side of the road because they didn't want to wait for the garbage truck to come and remove which resulted in another $100 charge. They never fixed the basement which consistently flooded and damaged over $500 in my personal belongings. The windows were over 60 years old and they refused to change them which resulted in $400 a month heating bills when we kept the thermostat at 55 degrees.
