My wife purchased a tide clock from Saxony;as a Christmas gift.the clerk at the time told her if there a problem it could be returned without question. She explained that she only visited York ME once a year. He said that would not be a problem. On Aug 5,2011 she brought the clock back as it didn't work. The woman that was the clerk on Friday, was extremely rude and argued that we didn't know how to use it. We wanted to return it for a working clock. Something they no longer had in stock. After some discussion our money was returned. I will make sure never to shop here again. I will also tell our friends that visit York in the future. ...read more
