I do not recommend going to G & L. I went in a little more than 12 wks ago to have my door panels re-upholstered; I just went in today and took them home with nothing done. They hadn't even received the correct fabric yet after nearly 3 months! During this time they NEVER called to tell me that they had a problem getting the fabric. His original time estimate was 1 to 2 wks, so after 3 wks of not hearing from them I went in. He said that he expected the fabric to be in by the end of the week or the beginning of the next. It went on like this for the next 3 times that I went in to find out what was going on. Finally after about 9 weeks he told me that he couldn't get the original fabric and that we should pick out something different and that he could get the new fabric in about 2 days. So last wed (about 10 days ago) I chose a new fabric. When I went in today to see how things were going it was back to the same old story, the fabric isn't here yet but he expects it in soon. ...read more
