I was in the shop Saturday, July 20...I spent $243.60 on a few textile pieces. Had great service from the woman that was working in the morning. Came back in the afternoon to purchase a lamp that I really liked. I liked the base of one lamp but the shade of another lamp and wanted to swap them out (they were both the same shape and size). As I was pondering over which one I wanted the owner - Mary comes over and says: "I have to see what is going on over here". As she rudely with a major attitude pushed her way by my niece who is 13. I explained to her what I wanted to do. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me both lamps were the same...They were not, I wanted the lamp shade with the nautical map of Kennebunkport not the one of the Saco River. I asked her what the problem was - she responded "I will be stuck with the shade you don't want". DUH! She wasn't going to lose out on anything.
