My brother ordered tripe for my father for Christmas, at 74 he wants for very little very few things are a treat to him. I was upset at the quality of the tripe it was junk tripe full of fat and not pickled at all. I hate to think of what you charged my brother for this junk I do mean junk. Growing up in Vermont on a farm we know good tripe from junk perhalps you should check your product 1st before over charging for a very low grade product. ...read more
