I had a great experience at Jim Boyd's Flooring America. First off, I thought they had the best selection of all the places I looked. I felt like the small sample provided to the showroom was not large enough for me to make a definite commitment to it and they were able to get a larger piece of the carpet which made me feel comfortable enough to order it. Although they wouldn't make any promises regarding getting my carpet here and installed before Christmas, THEY DID!!! The installers were professional and did a good job of cleaning after removing the old carpet and laying the new one.
