Definitely not a quality shop. Known the owner for years but he is a shark only out for the dollar, told me i had a lifetime warranty on my tint, that if anything went wrong or if I was pulled over he would take it off, but has dodged my calls and when he did finally answer via FB said he was too busy. Dont bring your car to this shop unless you are fully versed in MD law on window tinting. Apparently the owner does not know what it means to put legal tint on your car and will slap any shade on without telling you its illegal. The manager is always too busy posting pics of his vacations on FB to address costumers concerns even if you are a former employee. Take from someone who has know them for over 4 years, they are only out for cash and will screw u over to make a dollar! ...read more

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a detail shop. I bought two groupon packages totaling about $100. What I didn't know was that they would change the details of what I purchased once they got my money. I'm in the military and was reassigned only 4 hrs away. I was still willing to drive back to this shop to use up the rest of my groupon services whenever I was in town but this shop refused to work with me. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone I know...nor any strangers. They will only detail your vehicle properly if they like you and you don't have any complaints. I asked to speak to the manager but I was always told the manager was "unavailable". I left a written message and no one ever called me to address my concerns.
