I have been going the Paul Conzo's for many years. It is the most comfortable, relaxing place I have been to. I just had a manicure and shea butter pedicure that was out of this world. Probably the best hair salon I've been to- I've had the pleasure of sampling salons on Newbury St in Boston as well- but Paul Conzo's really does exceed them all- why? -staff is professional and always responds to what exactly you want your hair to look like- this is not a situation where you have a nice chat with your stylist and he/she then does whatever they want with your hair- at Paul Conzo's you are professionally advised and then the stylist does what you want- I know , seems impossible, doesn't it? But it is the truth. Staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, flexible and helpful. Products are superb. Prices are resaonable. What more could you want ?? Oh, and about the spa aspects of Paul Conzo's- facials are to die for- products excellent, staff wonderful. No- I am not on their payroll- just can't believe I've found such a place. ...read more

I have not ever been disappointed, great staff and quality products. I leave the salon feeling great, Yvonne does a great job.
