D&D Floors were hired to REFINISH the wooden floors in my living room and dining room. Dave determined he could not refinish the existing floors because hhe could not remove the stains so D&D Floors installed new hardwood floors in my living room and dining room. . When he was done, he installed the wrong flooring, very poor quality. I have tried repeatedly to contact Dave to have him repair the many cracked and warped boards, and broken ends. I had the remainder of the wood floors in the house refinished by another company with none of the problems expeienced with D&D. They were able to replace the discoloreed boards and matched the existing wood without any problems,. D&D could not even identify the existing wood floor type. What a disaster, now I have half my house in one tyope of wood and the half in a low quality mis-colored wood. ...read more
