i tried calling the Natick location on a couple of different occasions and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me each occasion. I was not even able to explain my reason for calling. If this is how they treat potential customers i can only imagine at how poor their work must be. Service may be part of their name but customer service or general people skills is at the bottom of their list. We live in Wellesley and my wife called Natick Appliance to come look at our washer. A technician arrives and tells us that it will cost $450 to fix. The machine was over 10 year old and certainly not worth repairing at that rate. I thanked the repairman for his estimate. Then, he writes me up a bill for $85 for coming all the way out to Wellesley to look at my washing machine. Hey, if they told me in advance that I would be charged for a repair estimate then I would have expected it and paid right away. However, with no warning to charge me $85 for 5 minutes of a repair man's time, that ridiculous. To add insult to injury, Natick Appliance is now suing me in small claims court to recover $85.
